【摘要】：在我国，信息产业作为一种新兴产业，已经成为区域经济发展新的增长点。在国际、国内信息产业梯度转移的大背景下，中西部地区的信息产业既面临着难得的发展机遇，也面临着严峻的挑战。选择合适的信息产业发展模式，充分把握机遇，妥善应对挑战，在信息产业发展中抢占先机，对实现区域经济的跨越式发展具有重要意义。本文选择对洛阳市西工区信息产业发展模式进行研究，导论部分阐述了本文的选题背景、研究价值和意义，综述了国内外研究动态、本文的研究思路和方法、可能的创新点等。信息产业的相关理论部分，通过介绍信息产业的内涵、外延、特征，信息产业布局、信息产业转移、信息产业增长极和点轴理论等内容，为下文的具体分析做好准备。本文的核心，是对洛阳市西工区信息产业发展现状的SWOT分析，结合西工区信息产业发展的实际状况，用SWOT分析法对西工区信息产业所面临的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行了详细解析。本文立足于实际需要，，简要评析西工区现行信息产业发展模式，结合实际案例，从承接国际国内信息产业的梯次转移、打造西工区信息产业增长极、实行“政府引导、市场为主、内外合作”等层面，提出了构建西工区信息产业发展模式的设想，对西工区信息产业今后的发展，从指导思想、规划目标、发展重点、产业布局、具体任务、保障措施等方面提出了建议。本文结合工商管理专业所学知识，从实际运用角度，对西工区信息产业发展状况进行调查、分析、思考，提出符合西工区实际的信息产业发展模式和建议，相信会对西工区今后信息产业的发展有所帮助。
[Abstract]:Under the background of international and domestic information industry gradient transfer, the information industry in the central and western regions is faced with both rare opportunities and severe challenges.It is of great significance to choose the appropriate development mode of information industry, fully grasp the opportunity, deal with the challenge properly and seize the first chance in the development of information industry, which is of great significance to realize the leapfrog development of regional economy.This paper chooses to study the development mode of information industry in Xigong District of Luoyang City. The introduction describes the background, research value and significance of this paper, summarizes the research trends at home and abroad, the research ideas and methods of this paper, and the possible innovation points, etc.The core of this paper is the SWOT analysis of the present situation of the information industry development in Luoyang Xigong District, combining with the actual situation of the development of the information industry in the West Industrial District, and the advantages, disadvantages and opportunities faced by the information industry in the west industrial area by SWOT analysis.The threat is analyzed in detail.Based on the actual needs, this paper briefly comments on the current information industry development model of the western industrial district, combines the actual case, from undertaking the international and domestic information industry ladder transfer, builds the information industry growth pole of the western industrial area, implements "the government guides,"This paper puts forward the idea of constructing the development mode of information industry in the west industrial area from the following aspects: guiding ideology, planning goal, development focus, industrial layout, specific task, and so on, from the aspects of market priority, internal and external cooperation, and so on, to construct the development mode of information industry in the western industrial area.Some suggestions on safeguard measures are put forward.Based on the knowledge learned in the field of industrial and commercial administration, this paper investigates, analyzes and thinks about the development of information industry in the western industrial area from the perspective of practical application, and puts forward the development mode and suggestions of the information industry in line with the actual situation in the area.I believe it will be helpful to the development of information industry in the future.
