【摘要】：在“互联网+”背景下,我国互联网企业快速发展,尤其是以互联网平台业务为主的中小型互联网企业迅速崛起。因其所处行业和自身发展的特点,中小型互联网企业的融资方式与其他企业有所不同。一方面,中小型互联网企业的规模比较小,缺乏一定的信用记录且自身偿债能力弱,融资渠道窄,融资难度较大。另一方面,中小型互联网企业需要源源不断的资金支持,尤其是在初创期,更是一个持续“烧钱”的过程,资金需求量大。针对目前中小型互联网企业存在的融资需求大、融资方式单一、融资成本和风险高、融资效率低等问题,制定适合其发展的融资策略就显得尤为重要。本文在融资基本理论基础上对ZT公司融资策略进行研究。从ZT公司基本情况、财务状况及资金需求三个方面对ZT公司融资需求进行分析,然后对ZT公司的融资现状及问题分析,包括对融资环境的SWOT分析、公司当前的融资方式分析。并指出ZT公司目前面临着融资方式单一、渠道窄、内源融资不足及外源融资困难等困境。产生这些问题的原因一方面是企业的财务状况不容乐观、信用等级偏低、缺少作抵押的资产和信息不对称,另一方面是商业银行贷款偏好和政府对中小企业扶持力度不够。接着按照融资策略选择的基本原则,提出ZT公司可选择的融资方式,针对不同的融资目的和资金需求情况,考虑融资成本、风险及效率等影响因素,ZT公司可以应用不同的融资策略,既有内源增资扩股融资、融资租赁等单一的融资策略,又有“天使投资+知识产权质押融资”、“天使投资+股权类众筹”等组合式的融资策略。最后提出了 ZT公司融资策略实施的应对措施。本文研究成果为中小型互联网企业在降低融资成本、规避融资风险、提高融资效率及拓宽融资渠道方面有重要的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:In the "Internet plus" under the background of rapid development of China's Internet companies, especially small and medium-sized enterprises in the rapid rise of the Internet Internet platform business. Because of its characteristics of the industry and the development of the Internet, small and medium-sized enterprise financing ways and other enterprises different. On the one hand, small and medium scale Internet companies than On the other hand, small and medium Internet enterprises need continuous funding support, especially at the initial stage, which is a continuous "money burning" process, with large demand for funds. Financing for the current small and medium Internet enterprises. Large demand, single financing way, high financing cost and high risk, low financing efficiency and so on, it is very important to formulate financing strategies suitable for its development. This paper studies the financing strategy of ZT company on the basis of basic financing theory. From the basic situation of ZT company, financial situation and capital demand three aspects of financing demand for ZT company. The analysis of the current financing situation and problems of ZT company, including the SWOT analysis of the financing environment, the analysis of the current financing methods of the company, and point out that ZT company is facing a single financing way, narrow channel, inadequacy of endogenous financing and foreign financing difficulties. The reasons for these problems are the financial situation of the enterprise on the one hand. It is not optimistic, the credit rating is low, the assets and information of the mortgage are lacking. On the other hand, the loan preference of commercial banks and the government's support to the small and medium enterprises are not enough. Then, according to the basic principles of the choice of the financing strategy, the choice of financing mode of ZT company is put forward to consider the different financing purposes and demand of funds. The factors such as financing cost, risk and efficiency, ZT companies can apply different financing strategies, including both internal capital increase and expansion, financial leasing and other single financing strategies, and the combination of "angel investment + intellectual property pledge financing", "angel investment + stock right" and so on. Finally, the financing strategy of ZT company is put forward. The results of this paper have an important reference for the small and medium Internet enterprises to reduce the cost of financing, avoid financing risks, improve the efficiency of financing and broaden the financing channels.
