CX软件有限公司A事业部培训研究与再优化

【摘要】:伴随着时代的不断进步,科技的不断发展,毋庸置疑,人才已经作为成为企业核心竞争力的代表。而对于人才的培养来说,企业又扮演了不可或缺的角色,越来越多的企业将企业相关人员的培训工作上升到战略的层面。本文从以下几个方面对研究内容进行分析和阐述。首先,本文研究基于CX软件研发(SZ)有限公司(以下简称为CX软件有限公司)A事业部培训现状作为出发点,通过对概念和案例的进一步研究,为CX软件有限公司A事业部培训提供一些新的思路。本文从企业培训的相关概念入手,分析了企业培训的概念、原理及作用,并对国内外研究现状进行整理,通过文献、案例、问卷及实地调研等形式进行进一步的研究分析,总结了目前企业培训发展的新趋势。其次,本文的主体部分先从CX软件有限公司A事业部自身情况出发,对CX软件有限公司A事业部当前的状况进行了描述,分析了 CX软件有限公司及其A事业部的背景及相关策略。通过实例分析、访谈及问卷的方式对分析资料进行收集准备。同时,对CX软件有限公司A事业部内部培训及外部培训现状进行了分析。通过调查发现,CX软件有限公司A事业部在相关人员培训中存在一些不足,对于CX软件有限公司A事业部来说,存在的问题包括以下几个方面:一、内部员工培训,特别是社招员工培训上没有得到更多的重视;二、在培训中各个阶段还存在许多不完善的地方;三、客户培训中存在很多不完善之处;四、培训参与人员缺乏认同感,在培训的激励机制上存在不足;五、培训评价和评估不够完善;最后,根据以上分析,提出了对CX软件有限公司A事业部相关人员培训再优化及再构建的方法,针对内部和外部分别提出一些新的优化措施和建议。针对目前的改善策略,提出了对CX软件有限公司A事业部新培训计划构建及保障措施计划。本文的分析及优化方法为CX软件有限公司A事业部的培训提供了新的思路和方向,也为CX软件有限公司其他各个部门后续的培训工作提供了一定的参考建议,同时也对行业中同类企业的相关人员培训提供一些借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of the times and the development of science and technology, there is no doubt that talent has become the representative of the core competitiveness of enterprises. For the training of talents, enterprises play an indispensable role, and more enterprises raise the training of related personnel to the strategic level. This text carries on analysis and elaboration to the research content from the following several aspects. First of all, based on CX Software R & D (SZ) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CX Software Co., Ltd.) A Department of training as a starting point, through the further study of concepts and cases, For CX Software Co., Ltd. A Division training to provide some new ideas. This paper begins with the related concepts of enterprise training, analyzes the concept, principle and function of enterprise training, and collates the current research situation at home and abroad, and makes further research and analysis in the form of literature, cases, questionnaires and field investigations. The new development trend of enterprise training is summarized. Secondly, the main part of this paper firstly describes the current situation of A business department of CX Software Co., Ltd., starting from the situation of A Division of CX Software Co., Ltd. The background and related strategies of CX Software Co., Ltd. and its Division A are analyzed. Through case analysis, interviews and questionnaires to collect and prepare the analysis data. At the same time, the internal and external training status of A Division of CX Software Co., Ltd. is analyzed. Through the investigation, it is found that there are some deficiencies in the relevant personnel training in the A Division of CX Software Co., Ltd. For the A Division of CX Software Co., Ltd., the problems include the following aspects: first, internal staff training. In particular, no more attention has been paid to the training of staff recruited by the society; second, there are still many imperfections in each stage of the training; third, there are many imperfections in customer training; fourthly, there is a lack of identity among the participants in the training. The training evaluation and evaluation are not perfect. Finally, according to the above analysis, the paper puts forward the methods of training optimization and re-construction for the related personnel of A Division of CX Software Co., Ltd. Some new optimization measures and suggestions are put forward for internal and external. In view of the present improvement strategy, this paper puts forward the new training plan construction and safeguard measures plan for A Division of CX Software Co., Ltd. The analysis and optimization method of this paper provides a new idea and direction for the training of A Division of CX Software Co., Ltd., and also provides some reference suggestions for the subsequent training work of other departments of CX Software Co., Ltd. At the same time, it also provides some reference for the related personnel training of similar enterprises in the industry.
