中国特色社会主义法治方略生成的三个维度

【摘要】：我国法治方略的形成可以从三个维度来理解。从治国理政的维度看来,法治不同时期有不同的内容,先后表现为服务经济、完善民主,治理国家,全面建成小康社会的基本方略。从实现现代化的维度看来,从融入新的"三步走"战略,到"建设和谐社会主义国家",再到"促进国家治理现代化",法治进入中国的现代化事业,最后和现代化融为一体。从法治建设的维度看来,法治有自己的"三步走"方略:即建立市场经济法律体系,构建法律体系,建设法治体系。三个维度见证了我国社会主义法治方略的形成,体现了中国共产党对法治国家的执着追求和对法治规律的深刻认识。
[Abstract]:The formation of our country's rule of law strategy can be understood from three dimensions. From the perspective of governance and governance, the rule of law has different contents in different periods, which has been shown as service economy, perfect democracy, and govern the country. The basic strategy of building a well-off society in an all-round way. From the perspective of realizing modernization, from integrating into the new "three-step" strategy, to "building a harmonious socialist country", to "promoting the modernization of national governance". From the perspective of the construction of the rule of law, the rule of law has its own "three-step" strategy: establishing the legal system of market economy and constructing the legal system. The three dimensions witnessed the formation of the socialist rule of law strategy in China and embodied the Communist Party of China's persistent pursuit of the country ruled by law and the profound understanding of the law of the rule of law.
