叙事学语境下的热点法治事件报道技术

【摘要】：改革开放四十年来,中国法治事件报道始终伴随着中国法治建设的进程,媒体在传播法治理念、报道法治事件、推进国家法治建设方面取得了巨大的成就。然而,由于媒体在法治报道方面专业化程度不高,导致了一些热点法治事件在报道中偏离了客观、真实的轨道,扰乱了社会秩序,也歪曲了司法的公正和权威。文章将在叙事学的语境下,通过对热点法治事件报道的深入分析,从叙事视角、叙事立场、叙事语言、意识形态等角度探讨媒体在报道热点法治事件时应具备的技术和艺术,从而提升媒体法治新闻的叙事能力,为热点法治事件报道提供更好的实践策略。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up forty years ago, the report on the rule of law in China has always been accompanied by the process of the construction of the rule of law in China.However, due to the lack of specialization in the media reporting on the rule of law, some hot events of the rule of law deviate from the objective and real track in the reporting, which disturbs the social order and distorts the justice and authority of the judiciary.In the context of narratology, through the in-depth analysis of the coverage of hot events of rule of law, this paper discusses the technology and art that the media should possess when reporting hot events of rule of law from the perspectives of narrative perspective, narrative position, narrative language, ideology, etc.In order to improve the narrative ability of media news about rule of law and provide better practical strategy for hot events of rule of law.
