【摘要】：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记围绕全面依法治国进行了一系列重大理论创新,形成了内涵丰富、思想深刻、实践力强劲的习近平法治思想,开启了中国特色社会主义法治发展进程的新时代。习近平法治思想的产生发展不是偶然的,它植根于时代的深刻变化以及实践不断对理论创新提出的新要求、新挑战。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping has carried out a series of major theoretical innovations around the rule of law in an all-round way, and has formed a thought on the rule of law by Xi Jinping, which is rich in connotation, profound in thought, and strong in practice. It has opened a new era of the development of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics. The emergence and development of Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law is not accidental. It is rooted in the profound changes of the times and the new demands and challenges put forward by practice to the theoretical innovation.
