“大众民主”与社会整合:中国政党制度构建的理论依据

【摘要】：分析研究中国政党制度,关键要从政党理论创新的视角来坚持和完善中国特色的政党制度。分析中国政党制度不能脱离政党制度运行的政治体制,即建立在群众路线和人民民主基础之上的"大众民主"。"大众民主"一方面是大多数人的民主,另一方面又是积极的、体现人民主体地位的民主。它是党的群众路线与人民民主结合的产物。"大众民主"重要的价值在于它所具有的社会整合功能。对社会平等的价值追求是社会主义本质的体现。"大众民主"的实现过程就是社会主义政治与社会相融合的过程,中国政党制度在这个过程中发挥着重要的领导职能,政治协商是领导职能发挥的重要方式。
[Abstract]:To analyze and study the party system in China, the key is to adhere to and perfect the political party system with Chinese characteristics from the angle of party theory innovation. The analysis of the political system of Chinese political party can not be divorced from the political system, that is, "popular democracy" based on the mass line and the people's democracy. " Popular democracy, on the one hand, is the democracy of the majority, on the other hand, it is a positive democracy that embodies the dominant position of the people. It is the product of the Party's mass line and the people's democracy. " The important value of popular democracy lies in its function of social integration. The pursuit of social equality is the embodiment of the essence of socialism. " The realization of popular democracy is the process of the integration of socialist politics and society, in which the Chinese political party system plays an important leading role, and political consultation is an important way to exert the leadership function.
