[Abstract]:In July 2004, the first people's Congress of Bayannur City was successfully held, the standing Committee of the City people's Congress was formally established, the work of the people's Congress entered a new stage of development, and the construction of democracy and legal system in Bayannur took a new step. Over the past 12 years, the standing Committee of the Municipal people's Congress, under the strong guidance of the people's Congress of the autonomous region and the strong leadership of the municipal party committee, has taken the initiative to act, grasp key points, attack difficulties, seek breakthroughs, seek development, and conscientiously perform the duties entrusted to it by the Constitution and the law.
