电沉积法制备超细高纯铜粉

【摘要】:以Cu SO4溶液为主要原料,采用电沉积法快速制备高纯超细铜粉。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)表征铜粉的粒度和微观形貌。结果表明,阴极材质和超声波对铜粉的微观形貌和粒度均具有重要影响,超声波可有效降低铜粉的平均粒径,铝材质阴极形成粒度范围0.01~0.5μm的球形铜粉,铁材质阴极形成粒度范围为0.1~1.5μm的不规则球形和方形铜粉。
[Abstract]:Ultrafine copper powder with high purity was prepared by electrodeposition with Cu SO4 solution as main raw material. The particle size and microstructure of copper powder were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that both cathode material and ultrasonic wave have an important effect on the microstructure and particle size of copper powder. Ultrasonic wave can effectively reduce the average particle size of copper powder, and aluminum cathode forms spherical copper powder with particle size range of 0.01 ~ 0.5 渭 m. Iron cathode forms irregular spherical and square copper powder with grain size of 0.1 渭 m and 1.5 渭 m.
