【摘要】： 平民问题在雅典奴隶制国家形成的过程中显得尤为重要。雅典城的建立是雅典城邦形成的标志,而真正意义上的国家是统治者为了平衡阶级利益关系实行一系列政治改革的结果。在此过程中,平民与贵族的斗争是各种矛盾冲突的核心,平民是雅典政治舞台上中最活跃的社会阶层。因此,我们在研究雅典早期的政治改革、经济制度和宗教生活等诸多问题时,平民问题是不容忽视的。本文以平民问题为研究核心,探求雅典民主政治运行的过程,从而说明以下几个问题:(1)平民获得雅典公民权的过程。(2)雅典平民是否享有充分的民主权。(3)雅典平民与公民的区别和联系。(4)雅典民主政治的运行途径等。全文除前言和结语以外,正文部分分为三部分。前言部分论述了本论文的研究意义、国内外学界的研究成果以及研究方法。第一部分分别从经济状况与政治理论两个方面对平民的含义进行探讨,说明雅典早期平民的基本特征。然后再纵向对比同一时期其它古代城邦国家的平民特征,最后论述雅典平民的特殊性。第二部分以雅典氏族向国家转变的过程为背景,分析各个时期雅典平民的社会状况,并对每个时期的平民、平民理论和利民措施进行评述,说明平民社会地位的变化。第三部分主要介绍民主和民主政治的概念、作用、功能和特征。通过平民与公民两个概念的对比分析,阐明平民社会地位上升以后,平民团体社会结构的变化。最后分析平民团体内部成员的公民化对民主政治的影响。结语部分是对本文三部分的总结。平民是雅典由氏族向完善国家体制转变过程中形成的特殊群体。他们社会地位的变化直接影响到雅典政体的更替。
[Abstract]:The issue of civilians was particularly important in the course of the formation of the Athenian slavery state. The establishment of Athens is the symbol of the formation of Athens city-state, and the real state is the result of a series of political reforms carried out by rulers in order to balance the interests of the class. In this process, the struggle between the common people and the aristocrats is the core of all kinds of contradictions and conflicts, and the common people are the most active social stratum in the Athens political stage. Therefore, when we study Athens's early political reform, economic system and religious life and many other issues, the civilian problem is not to be ignored. This article takes the civilian question as the research core, explores the Athenian democratic politics movement process, Thus it explains the following questions: 1) the process of obtaining Athenian citizenship. 2) whether Athenian civilians enjoy full democratic rights. 3) the distinction and connection between Athenian civilians and citizens. 4) the operating way of Athenian democratic politics, and so on. In addition to the preface and conclusion, the text is divided into three parts. The foreword discusses the significance of this paper, the research results and methods of the academic circles at home and abroad. The first part discusses the meaning of civilians from two aspects of economic situation and political theory, and explains the basic characteristics of the early Athenian civilians. Then the civilian characteristics of other ancient city-states in the same period are compared longitudinally, and the particularity of Athenian civilians is discussed at last. The second part analyzes the social situation of the Athenian civilians in each period, and comments on the civilian, the civilian theory and the measures to benefit the people in each period in order to explain the change of the social status of the common people in the background of the transformation of the Athenian clan to the state. The third part mainly introduces the concept, function, function and characteristics of democracy and democratic politics. Through the comparative analysis of the two concepts of civilians and citizens, this paper expounds the changes of the social structure of civilian groups after the rise of the social status of civilians. Finally, the paper analyzes the influence of the citizen's citizenship on the democratic politics. The conclusion is a summary of the three parts of this paper. The populace is a special group formed in the course of the transformation from the gens to the perfection of the state system in Athens. The change in their social status directly affected the change of the Athenian polity.
