法治、自治、礼治与善治——立足于县域法治与县域善治的讨论

【摘要】：县域法治研究,是基于县域法治建设这一现实生活实践问题而提出的一个新研究课题。学界有识之士已从不同专业视阈,围绕法治、自治与礼治等关键问题,进行了多学科、富有价值的学术探讨。就法治语境下的县域治理而言,以法治为导向,以自治、礼治为支撑,在发达县域,有可能最终达县域善治的愿景。
[Abstract]:The study of county rule of law is a new research subject based on the construction of county rule of law. Scholars of insight have made a multi-disciplinary and valuable academic discussion on the key issues of rule of law, autonomy and rule of etiquette from the perspective of different specialties. As far as county governance in the context of rule of law is concerned, it is possible to reach the vision of good governance in developed counties, which is guided by the rule of law, supported by autonomy and courtesy.
