依法治国视野下大学生法治教育研究

【摘要】：党的十八届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》为大学生法治教育的改革与发展指明了方向、提出了新的任务。随着法治社会进程的加快,大学生法治素养与社会需求之间的矛盾日益凸显,为了更好地加强大学生法治教育工作,引导大学生顺利度过个体社会化阶段,树立法治观念和法治信仰,必须进一步加强和改进大学生法治教育的研究工作。本研究在基于依法治国的宏观背景下,从大学生法治教育的概念解读入手,深入分析了当前大学生法治教育的开展现状,挖掘大学生法治教育过程中存在的实践困境,并试探性地提出完善大学生法治教育的基本路径。文章在采用文献法、实证研究法和比较研究法的基础上,主要从四个部分来展开大学生法治教育的研究工作。第一部分是对大学生法治教育的概念解读。解读文中主要概念,包括“法治”、“法治教育”、“大学生法治教育”等,梳理大学生法治教育的历史发展脉络。第二部分是深入分析当前大学生法治教育开展的现状。通过对调研数据的分析,从大学生法治常识、法治实践及法治效果进行现状维度的描述。第三部分是探究当前大学生法治教育工作开展的困境之处。主要从高校法治教育主阵地层面和大学生法治教育的日常生活层面展开。第四部分主要是尝试性提出如何加强和改进大学生法治教育的基本路径,可以从提高大学生法治教育意识、明确大学生法治教育目标、完善大学生法治教育内容、创新大学生法治教育载体形式、加强大学生法治教育队伍等方面入手,以期全面提高大学生的法治观念和法律意识,使法治成为他们的共同追求和自觉行动,坚定走中国特色社会主义法治道路。
[Abstract]:The "decision of the CPC Central Committee on promoting the Rule of Law in an All-round way" adopted by the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee points out the direction for the reform and development of university students' rule of law education and puts forward new tasks. With the acceleration of the social process of ruling by law, the contradiction between college students' legal literacy and social needs is becoming increasingly prominent. In order to strengthen the work of university students' rule of law education and guide them through the stage of individual socialization, To establish the concept and belief of rule of law, we must further strengthen and improve the research work of university students' rule of law education. Based on the macroscopic background of governing the country by law, this study starts with the interpretation of the concept of university students' rule of law education, deeply analyzes the present situation of university students' rule of law education, and excavates the practical predicament in the process of university students' rule of law education. And try to improve the basic path of college students' education of rule of law. On the basis of literature method, empirical research method and comparative research method, this paper mainly carries out the research work of university students' rule of law education from four parts. The first part is the interpretation of the concept of law education for college students. The main concepts in the paper, including "rule of law", "education of rule of law" and "education of university students' rule of law", are interpreted to sort out the historical development of the education of rule of law for college students. The second part is an in-depth analysis of the current situation of university students' education on the rule of law. Through the analysis of the survey data, this paper describes the current situation of college students' rule of law from the aspects of general knowledge, practice of rule of law and effect of rule of law. The third part is to explore the plight of the current legal education of college students. Mainly from the university rule of law education main position level and university student rule of law education level of daily life. The fourth part is to try to put forward how to strengthen and improve the basic path of college students' rule of law education, which can improve the awareness of university students' rule of law education, make clear the goal of university students' rule of law education, perfect the content of university students' rule of law education. Innovating the carrier form of college students' rule of law education and strengthening the contingent of university students' rule of law education are carried out in order to improve the concept and consciousness of the rule of law in an all-round way and make the rule of law their common pursuit and conscious action. Firmly follow the road of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.
