社会主义核心价值观融入法治公安建设全过程初论

【摘要】：要将社会主义核心价值观有机融入法治公安建设,必须借助法律法规的明确性及刚性特质向社会传导正确价值取向,既要关注两者之间的"表",更要关注其"里";既要关注两者之间的形式合理性,更要重视其精神内涵的融合,从而把社会主义核心价值观融入法治公安建设全过程。基于此,应将社会主义核心价值观融入到科学的公安执法规范体系、严格的公安执法运行体系、严密的公安执法监督体系和全覆盖的规则意识养成体系等领域,从而在公安工作中全面践行社会主义核心价值观。
[Abstract]:In order to integrate the socialist core values into the public security construction of the rule of law, it is necessary to transmit the correct value orientation to the society with the help of the clarity and rigidity of laws and regulations. We should not only pay attention to the "table" between the two and pay more attention to their "inside", but also pay attention to the rationality of the form between them, and pay more attention to the fusion of their spiritual connotations, so as to integrate the socialist core values into the whole process of the construction of public security under the rule of law. Based on this, the socialist core values should be integrated into the scientific public security law enforcement standard system, the strict public security law enforcement operation system, the strict public security law enforcement supervision system and the all-covering rule consciousness cultivation system, etc. In order to carry out the socialist core values in the public security work.
