大学生法制教育实效性的研究与探析

【摘要】： 党的十七大报告指出,要全面落实依法治国的基本方略,加快建设社会主义法治国家。具备高素质、高品质的大学生,作为我国社会主义现代化建设的接班人,担负着建设社会主义法治国家的历史重任。因此,加强大学生法制教育工作是历史的必然趋势。上个世纪80年代,我国便着手开展大学生法制教育工作,经历三十年的不懈努力,大学生法制教育工作取得了一定的进展。随着市场经济的不断深入,整个社会正在经历一场前所未有的大变革。大学生心智尚不成熟,容易受到社会不良风气的影响,难以树立正确的法制观念。社会条件的急剧变更,大学生主体意识的逐渐增强,给大学生法制教育工作增加了难度,提出了新的挑战。本文通过详细阐述大学生法制教育工作的具体内涵,对大学生法制教育形成一定的认识。通过对大学生进行问卷调查,分析得出目前大学生法制教育工作的不足之处,并着重探析大学生法制教育工作难以取得显著成效的主要原因,即传统文化、社会环境以及家庭教育的消极影响。通过查阅文献资料以及实际观察等方法,总结出增加大学生法制教育实效性的诸多途径与方法。主要以准确定位法制教育、法制课程内容、师资队伍、结合道德教育、教育模式、高校环境、社会环境以及家庭环境为切入点,以期找到突破口,提高法制教育课程的教学质量,优化大学生学法用法氛围,保障大学生身心健康成长,树立正确的法制观念,提高自身的综合素质,提高竞争力,加强社会适应能力,为走向国际提供了良好的法律基础,早日实现我国的依法治国方略。
[Abstract]:The report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the CPC pointed out that the basic strategy of governing the country by law should be fully implemented and the construction of a socialist country ruled by law should be speeded up. College students with high quality and high quality, as the successors of socialist modernization construction, shoulder the historical responsibility of building a socialist country ruled by law. Therefore, strengthening the legal education of college students is an inevitable trend of history. In the 1980s, China began to carry out the legal education of college students. After three decades of unremitting efforts, the legal education of college students has made some progress. With the deepening of market economy, the whole society is experiencing an unprecedented great change. College students are not mature and are easily influenced by bad social atmosphere, so it is difficult to set up correct legal concept. With the rapid change of social conditions and the gradual enhancement of college students' subjective consciousness, the legal education of college students has become more difficult and a new challenge has been put forward. This article elaborates the concrete connotation of the legal education of college students, and forms a certain understanding of the legal education of college students. Through the questionnaire survey of college students, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the legal education work of college students at present, and probes into the main reasons why the legal education work of college students is difficult to achieve remarkable results, that is, traditional culture. The negative influence of social environment and family education. This paper summarizes many ways and methods to increase the effectiveness of the legal education of college students by consulting the literature and observing it. In order to find a breakthrough point, it mainly focuses on the accurate orientation of legal education, the content of legal course, the teaching staff, the combination of moral education, educational model, college environment, social environment and family environment. To improve the teaching quality of the legal education course, to optimize the atmosphere of learning and using the law, to ensure the growth of the students' physical and mental health, to establish the correct concept of legal system, to improve their comprehensive quality, to enhance their competitiveness, and to strengthen their ability to adapt to the society. It provides a good legal basis for international affairs and realizes our country's strategy of governing the country according to law as soon as possible.
