控制胶体合成法制备掺铁(Ⅲ)二氧化钛光催化剂的研究

【摘要】: 本文致力于TiO_2粉末光催化剂的掺杂改性研究。分别采用控制胶体合成法和溶胶-凝胶法制备了两种不同掺铁方式的TiO_2粉末,并用XRD、TEM、TG-DSC、BET、UV-Vis、FS等技术对样品进行了表征。在紫外光照射下,以甲基橙溶液的光催化降解反应为探针,研究了掺Fe离子浓度、包覆的次数、不同掺杂方式对样品光催化活性的影响。研究表明: (1)掺杂离子的浓度对TiO_2晶相和颗粒粒径有很大影响。500℃煅烧时样品均为锐钛矿相;在适量掺杂浓度下,掺入金属离子能不同程度地抑制TiO_2晶粒的长大。本实验按方案A和方案B采取的非均匀掺杂样品的粒径相比相对应的均匀掺样品基本保持不变。 (2) BET结果显示,所制备样品均具有介孔结构,相比于均匀掺杂的TiO_2,按方案B采用控制胶体合成法制备的非均匀TiO_2,其比表面明显增大。但随着包覆次数的增多,比表面没有明显地变化。 (3)尽管掺杂方式有所不同,TiO_2粉末的光吸收带边随着掺杂离子浓度产生红移,并在可见光区吸收增强。另外,采取方案A和方案B,随包覆次数的增多,都可以看到一个向短波长方向微弱的蓝移现象。 (4) FS结果可以看出,图中均匀掺杂的TiO_2的荧光强度比纯TiO_2要低。另外,采取不同掺杂方式、掺杂浓度得到的掺铁TiO_2的荧光峰的位置基本一致,说明掺入的Fe3+并没有引起新的发光现象。 (5)采用均匀掺杂方式对TiO_2进行掺杂改性,产生具有的最佳掺杂浓度,但TiO_2催化性能的提升效果不明显,甚至会降低其催化活性。这是由于均匀掺杂时,金属离子捕获光生电子或空穴的同时又可能成为表面电子-空穴对的复合中心,从而降低TiO_2的催化活性。 (6)按方案A非均匀掺杂方式,当加水量为0.5 ml左右时(接近化学计量值0.455ml),包覆一次后,得到的TiO_2催化剂的光催化效果最好,其中以0.02%Fe-TiO_2样品作载体,包覆一次后得到的1-0.02%Fe-TiO_2/C-A具有最佳的光催化活性,其表观速率常数分别为对应的含有相同掺杂浓度的均匀掺杂的0.016%Fe-TiO_2的2.08倍,为纯的TiO_2的2.73倍。 (7)按方案B非均匀掺杂方式,当载体的掺杂浓度小于0.02%,n-FeTiC-B的催化活性不高。当载体的掺杂浓度高于0.02%,相比FeTiE和未掺杂的TiO_2,n-FeTiC-B光催化活性明显提高,并且随着包覆次数(≤3次)的增加而增大。以干凝胶粉末0.04%Fe-TiO_2-G作载体包覆3次后制备的样品具有最佳光催化活性,其表观速率常数是纯TiO_2粉末的5.32倍,是具有相同Fe含量的均匀掺杂TiO_2粉末0.023% Fe-TiO_2的4.58倍。
