采用二次非对称离心法制备载脂质体局用凝胶的新方法

【摘要】:正先制备含或不含氯霉素(CAM)的磷脂酰胆碱脂质薄膜,再采用二次非对称离心(dual asymmetric centrifugation,DAC)法进行水合和均质化,制备粒径200~300 nm、适于皮肤给药的脂质体。考察了不同的均质化过程参数以及在均质化前向处方中加入丙二醇(PG)的影响。采用可溶性的b-1,3-(或1,6-)葡聚糖(SBG)为凝胶基质,制备了2.5%的水凝胶,加入所得脂质体后再用DAC法混合,得到均匀的载脂质体凝胶。结果
