亚临界丁烷萃取法制备大豆胚芽油的研究

【摘要】:以大豆胚芽为原料,通过单因素试验研究亚临界丁烷萃取大豆胚芽油的工艺条件,并与正己烷萃取工艺对大豆胚芽油中维生素E和植物甾醇含量的影响进行了对比分析。结果表明,亚临界丁烷萃取最佳工艺条件为:原料粒径40目,萃取温度50℃,每次萃取时间40 min,萃取5次。在最佳工艺条件下,大豆胚芽出油率可达95.0%。与正己烷萃取工艺相比,亚临界丁烷萃取大豆胚芽油中维生素E和植物甾醇的含量均较高,尤其是植物甾醇的含量提高了2倍,二者的含量分别可达3.80 mg/g和16.95 mg/g。
