英汉原因连词原型特征演变的对比研究

因果复句是语法结构的重要组成部分。在因果复句的研究中,对因果连词的研究尤其重要。然而,以往学者对因果连词的研究大多是共时研究,历时研究很少。本研究选择英汉原因连词作为研究对象,主要解决以下三个问题:（1）英语原因连词的原型特征在语用频率、句法位置和语义强度三个方面经历了什么演变历程?（2）汉语原因连词的原型特征在语用频率、句法位置和语义强度三个方面经历了什么演变历程?（3）英汉原因连词的原型特征演变有何异同?其理据是什么?首先,本研究基于原型理论和采用定量分析的方法找出各时期英汉原因连词原型的语用频率;其次,探究各时期英汉原因连词原型的标记模式和其所连接的因果复句的语序;再次,探究各时期英汉原因连词原型所连接的因果复句的主客观语义;最后,对比英汉原因连词原型特征演变的异同并解释其理据。本研究的主要发现如下:（1）英语原因连词的原型特征演变。首先,英语原因连词的原型演变为for<for<for<because,其语用频率一直保持在65%以上;其次,英语原因连词原型的标记模式一直居中占优势和果-因语序一直为优势语序;最后,英语原因连词原型的主观义频率演变为51.61%、6...
