河套蜜瓜的冲击碰撞力学特性及对贮藏品质影响研究

【摘要】:针对采摘、运输、分级等过程中冲击碰撞作用引起蜜瓜品质下降的问题,本研究选取河套蜜瓜为研究对象,进行冲击跌落试验,探究了冲击碰撞作用下蜜瓜的力学特性。在此基础上,研究了贮藏期内冲击参数对蜜瓜品质的影响,并建立了各品质指标与冲击参数的数学模型。本研究根据实际工况,选取的试验因素为蜜瓜质量、跌落高度、跌落位置和跌落次数,进行跌落冲击试验。结果表明:冲击加速度和变形量随跌落高度、蜜瓜质量和跌落次数的增加而增加;水平跌落的加速度小于垂直跌落,但变形大于垂直跌落。通过正交试验,得出蜜瓜的跌落碰撞过程中,对冲击加速度的影响顺序是跌落高度跌落次数蜜瓜质量跌落位置;对变形量的影响顺序是跌落高度跌落位置跌落次数蜜瓜质量。测定了受冲击作用的蜜瓜在贮藏期的硬度、可溶性固形物含量和细胞膜渗透率,通过MATLAB软件建立了以跌落高度、跌落位置、跌落次数为自变量,蜜瓜硬度、可溶性固形物含量、细胞膜渗透率为因变量的数学模型,并分析了冲击因素与品质指标的相关性。上述研究结论可为蜜瓜的无损检测、预测蜜瓜品质变化、设计合理的运输方式和包装方式提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the quality of honeydew melons decreases due to the impact collision in picking, transportation, grading and so on, Hetao honeydew melon was selected as the research object in this study, and the impact drop test was carried out. The mechanical properties of honeydew melon under impact impact were investigated. On the basis of this, the effect of impact parameters on the quality of honeydew melon during storage period was studied, and the mathematical models of each quality index and impact parameter were established. The results showed that the impact acceleration and deformation increased with the increase of drop height, drop height, drop position and drop times. The acceleration of horizontal drop is smaller than that of vertical drop, but the deformation is larger than that of vertical drop. The order of influence on deformation was drop height drop number drop number drop quality. The hardness, soluble solids content and cell membrane permeability were measured during storage period. Drop height was established by MATLAB software. The mathematical model of falling position, drop times as independent variable, melon hardness, soluble solids content, cell membrane permeability as dependent variables, The above conclusions can provide theoretical basis for nondestructive testing, prediction of melon quality change, design of reasonable transportation mode and packaging mode.
