【摘要】：本次翻译实践所选取的材料为日本放送协会NHK(以下简称NHK)制作的医疗题材系列纪录片《疾病的起源》(「病の起源」)。共计两季十一集,分别于2008年与2013年播出,总时长约九小时。这一系列纪录片以人类进化作为切入点,旨在探索困扰着现代人的几大疾病的深层次成因。伴随着中国经济的快速发展与人民物质生活水平的不断提高,人们在追求高品质的物质生活的同时,对于健康的诉求也越来越高。跨国医疗与日俱增,世界各国医疗领域的合作也日益广泛、深入。跨国医疗与国际医疗合作增加伴随而来的是对于专业译员需求的不断增长。笔者希望通过此次翻译实践,提高自身翻译水平,了解医疗领域相关专业知识,积累专业词汇,为今后自己在这一领域的工作积累经验、打下基础。并在大量的实践中发现难点和自身不足,并加以总结,提出合理的改进对策,以此来追寻进一步的提高。本次实践共分为前期准备、资料熟悉、视译、交替传译、经验总结等几个阶段。在实践的过程中发现并解决了以下几大问题:中日语序差异问题、医疗方面专有名词的翻译困难问题、日语长难句的翻译等问题。通过本次系列医疗纪录片中日交替传译实践,提高了自身的听力水平与交替传译的熟练度,了解到了译前准备的重要性,积累了大量医疗领域的专业词汇,并实践了许多翻译理论知识与技巧,摸索出了一些适合自己的解决翻译问题的对策,有利于今后的翻译工作更加顺利的展开。
[Abstract]:The materials selected for this translation practice are the medical documentary series "Origin of Disease" ("the Origin of Disease"), produced by NHKA of Japan, which was broadcast on 2008 and 2013, respectively. The total duration is about nine hours. This series of documentaries takes human evolution as a starting point to explore the underlying causes of several major diseases that plague modern people. With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of the people's material standard of living, While people are pursuing a high quality of material life, their demands for health are becoming higher and higher. The number of transnational medical services is increasing, and the cooperation in the field of medical care is becoming more and more extensive in the world. The increasing international medical and international medical cooperation is accompanied by the growing demand for professional interpreters. The author hopes to improve his translation level and understand the relevant professional knowledge in the medical field through this translation practice. Accumulate professional vocabulary, accumulate experience and lay a foundation for future work in this field, and find difficulties and shortcomings in a large number of practices, summarize them, and put forward reasonable countermeasures for improvement. This practice is divided into several stages, such as preparation, familiarity of materials, visual translation, consecutive interpretation, and summary of experience. In the process of practice, the following problems have been found and solved: the differences in word order between China and Japan. Difficulties in translating proper nouns in medical field, translation of long difficult sentences in Japanese, etc. Through the practice of consecutive interpretation in this series of medical documentaries, we have improved our own listening level and proficiency in consecutive interpretation. We have learned the importance of pre-translation preparation, accumulated a large number of professional vocabulary in medical field, and put into practice a lot of translation theory knowledge and skills, and found out some suitable strategies to solve translation problems. It is beneficial to the smooth development of translation work in the future.
