【摘要】：本翻译实践报告类型为日译汉。原文文本是由石滨纯太郎、熊本宣夫等人联合编纂的学术著作《西域文化研究》(第五册),全书译文共计24万余字,本实践选取其中第65页到第111页,即《西域的美术》的第三章至第五章的内容进行案例分析。1962年该文本于日本出版,为研究古代中国西域地区的美术文化历史、生活习惯、宗教信仰以及审美意识等方面提供不菲的参考价值。在翻译指导原则上,运用了尤金· A ·奈达的“动态对等”翻译理论,即“功能对等”。该理论要求翻译时不求文字表面的死板对应,而是在两种语言间达成功能上的对等,更强调翻译的社会效益,做到最自然地再现原作语言。本文核心内容“案例分析”是基于对上述文本翻译的总结、分析和归纳的结果。本文将从“词汇对等”、“句法对等”两个角度来阐述笔者在翻译实践中对“功能对等”理论的理解与运用,其中词汇对等又分为“同形同义”“同形异义”“同形近义”三个部分,句法对等则以六种翻译方法即“倒译”“反译”“加译”“减译”“分译”“合译”进行案例分析。在翻译实践中,为了实现形式上的对等容易导致语义、语法出错,本研究旨在通过案例分析探索应采用何种翻译方法解决单纯追求形式对等产生的错误。
[Abstract]:This translation practice report is a Japanese translation of Chinese. The original text of the original text is an academic work "the study of Western region Culture", which was jointly compiled by Shi Binchun Taro, Kumamoto Xuanfu, etc. (volume 5, the translation of the book is more than 240000 words, This practice selects the contents of the third to fifth chapters of the "Western regions' Fine Arts", page 65 to 111, for case analysis. The text was published in Japan in 1962, in order to study the history and living habits of the fine arts culture in the Western regions of ancient China. Religious belief and aesthetic consciousness provide valuable reference. In translation guiding principle, Eugene A. Nida's "dynamic equivalence" translation theory is applied. That is, functional equivalence. This theory requires translation not to seek the rigid correspondence of the text surface, but to reach functional equivalence between the two languages, which emphasizes the social benefits of translation. The core content of this paper is "case analysis", which is based on the summary of the translation of the above text. From the perspectives of "lexical equivalence" and "syntactic equivalence", the author's understanding and application of the theory of functional equivalence in translation practice is discussed. Among them, lexical equivalence is divided into three parts: "homonym", "homonym", "homomorphism" and "syntactic equivalence", and syntactic equivalence is analyzed by six translation methods, namely "reverse translation", "reverse translation", "plus translation", "subtraction", "division translation" and "co-translation". In order to make formal equivalence easy to lead to semantic and grammatical errors, this study aims to explore through case studies what translation methods should be adopted to solve the problems arising from the mere pursuit of formal equivalence.
