《中华人民共和国海洋环境保护法》翻译报告

【摘要】：随着经济全球化的不断扩大与发展,各国在经济、政治、文化等方面的交流日益密切,翻译作为跨文化交际中的典型手段变得越发重要。法律翻译作为一种特殊领域的公文翻译形式,显得更为重要。近年来,钓鱼岛、南海等涉及海洋方面的国际争端越来越突出,在此背景下,与海洋相关的法律翻译显得尤为重要。本文以《中华人民共和国海洋环境保护法》为翻译对象,灵活运用各种翻译方法来实现本文的文本翻译,包括翻译任务描述、翻译文本概述、翻译案例、翻译总结四个章节。第一章翻译任务描述中,笔者主要对本文的国内法律翻译概况、翻译意义及目的两个方面进行了描述。第二章翻译文本概述中,主要对原文的类型、字数、所具有的影响等方面进行概述。第三章翻译案例中,笔者主要划分为词汇、句型翻译两部分。词汇翻译中,笔者选取了专业术语和《中华人民共和国海洋环境保护法》中的特殊用语进行分析;而句型的翻译则主要对含有“应当”“不得”、“可以”的句型进行分析。第四章翻译总结中,笔者总结了在翻译过程中获得的翻译经验。笔者希望本文的翻译成果能为来华从事航行、勘探、开发、旅游等活动的外籍人士提供参考学习。
[Abstract]:With the expansion and development of economic globalization, the communication between countries in economy, politics and culture is getting closer and closer. As a typical means of cross-cultural communication, translation becomes more and more important. As a form of official document translation in a special field, legal translation is even more important. In recent years, international disputes such as the Diaoyu Islands and the South China Sea have become more and more prominent. In this context, the legal translation related to the sea is particularly important. Taking the Marine Environment Protection Law of the people's Republic of China as the object of translation, this paper makes flexible use of various translation methods to realize the text translation of this paper, including translation task description, translation text overview, translation case, translation summary and four chapters. In the first chapter, the author mainly describes the domestic legal translation situation, translation significance and purpose. In the second chapter, the author summarizes the type, the number of words and the influence of the original text. In the third chapter, the author divides into two parts: lexical translation and sentence pattern translation. In the lexical translation, the author selects the technical terms and the special terms in the Marine Environment Protection Law of the people's Republic of China to analyze, while the translation of sentence patterns mainly analyzes the sentence patterns that contain "should" not "and" can ". In Chapter four, the author summarizes the translation experience gained in the process of translation. The author hopes that the translation results of this paper can provide reference for foreigners who come to China to engage in navigation, exploration, development, tourism and other activities.
