广汽丰田汽车有限公司技能培训中心日语翻译实践报告

【摘要】:本报告是以笔者在广汽丰田汽车有限公司技能培训中心担任日语翻译期间的口译实践内容为素材,在思考总结之后形成的翻译实践报告。随着经济全球化的不断加深,中国国内出现了越来越多的外资企业(包括独资和合资),在这样一种多国文化并存的环境下,对跨语言交流的要求也越来越高,而此时口译员便在其中担任着重要的角色。所以近几年,外企对于翻译人才的需求也在不断地扩大。通过本报告对企业翻译实践的分析,以人事部口译中的培训模块为例,总结了一些在口译中遇到的难点;另一方面企业活动也是商务活动的一种,通过对企业某一部门的口译内容为例,也可以从侧面加深对商务口译整体的认识。经第三方——佛山市南海语泉翻译公司介绍,笔者于2016年7月12日—2016年9月30日期间担任了广汽丰田汽车有限公司人事总务部技能培训中心的日语翻译,工作形式多以会议展开,而且基本上是交替传译。因为人力资源分为六大模块,而笔者所在的部门主要负责培训,围绕此次实践内容,笔者首先对该项工作内容进行了简要说明,包括所在部门的概述、会议的内容及会议口译的特点;然后是对整个口译过程的描述,主要是口译前的准备,并且打算从背景知识的把握、专业词汇的准备、口译技巧的选择及紧急情况的对应这几个方面加以讨论。紧接着对口译过程中发现的难点进行分析,并结合相应的例子来说明;其次就是以理论为指导,对在口译过程中的一点思考和处理方法进行了叙述;最后两点,一是来自部门上司、员工的评价;二是对此次实践的感想和经验总结。
[Abstract]:This report is based on the interpretation practice during the Japanese translation period in the Technical training Center of Toyota Motor Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Auto Co., Ltd., and the translation practice report is formed after thinking and summing up. With the deepening of economic globalization, more and more foreign-funded enterprises (including sole proprietorship and joint venture) have emerged in China. In such a multi-cultural environment, the requirement of cross-language communication is also becoming higher and higher. At this time, the interpreter plays an important role in it. Therefore, in recent years, foreign enterprises for translation talent demand is also expanding. Through the analysis of enterprise translation practice in this report, taking the training module in interpretation of personnel department as an example, this paper summarizes some difficulties encountered in interpreting. On the other hand, enterprise activity is also a kind of business activity. By taking the interpretation content of a certain enterprise as an example, we can also deepen the understanding of the whole business interpretation from the side. According to the third party-Foshan Nanhai Yuquan Translation Company, the author served as the Japanese interpreter of the skills training Center of the personnel Department of Toyota Motor Co. Ltd from July 12, 2016 to September 30, 2016. Most of the work takes place at meetings, and is basically consecutive interpretation. Because human resources is divided into six modules, and the department in which the author is mainly responsible for training, around this practical content, the author first briefly described the content of the work, including the overview of the department, The content of the meeting and the characteristics of the conference interpretation; then the description of the whole interpretation process, mainly the preparation before interpretation, and the intention is to grasp the background knowledge, prepare the professional vocabulary, The choice of interpretation skills and the emergency response are discussed. Then, it analyzes the difficulties found in the process of interpreting, and illustrates them with corresponding examples. Secondly, it describes some thinking and processing methods in the process of interpreting under the guidance of theory. One is from the department boss, staff evaluation; second, the experience of the practice and summary.
