论茶文化对创新国际商务英语人才的培养

【摘要】：随着全球化经济不断发展,我国茶叶出口贸易增长较快,这就对我国高校培养创新型国际商务英语人才提出更高的要求。本文选取创新型国际商务英语人才培养作为研究对象,从其当前人才需求的迫切性谈起,分析茶文化在创新型国际商务英语人才培养中重要影响,进而尝试从高校、社会与国家三个层面积极探索培养的有效途径,旨在促进茶文化产业与茶叶经济持续健康的发展,提供良好的智力支持。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economic globalization and the rapid growth of China's tea export trade, which in Chinese universities to cultivate innovative talents of English for international business and put forward higher requirements. This paper selects the innovative English talents of international business culture as the research object, starting from the current urgent demand, analysis of important in innovative talents of English international business culture influence of tea culture, and try from universities, society and the state three layer actively explore effective ways of training, aims to promote the development of tea culture and tea industry sustained and healthy economic and provide intellectual support.
