从中英茶文化差异来看跨文化交际在英语EAP教学转向中的重要性

【摘要】：中国是茶叶的故乡,茶文化的发源地,茶文化历史可谓源远流长。而英国的饮茶这一习俗源于维多利亚女王时期,并且最初饮茶只在英国贵族广为流传。本文在对中英茶文化进行比较性分析后,又具体概述了英语耘粤孕教学的内容,并简要阐析了跨文化交际在英语EAP教学转向中的重要价值,最后结合中英茶文化的差异性就跨文化交际在英语EAP教学转向中的应用提出了可行性建议。
[Abstract]:China is the home of tea, the birthplace of tea culture, tea culture has a long history, and the British tea drinking custom originated in the Victorian period, After a comparative analysis of the tea culture between China and Britain, this paper summarizes the contents of the teaching of English tea cultivation in Guangdong Province. The paper also briefly analyzes the important value of cross-cultural communication in the English EAP teaching turn, and finally puts forward some feasible suggestions on the application of cross-cultural communication in the English EAP teaching turn, combined with the differences of Chinese and English tea culture.
