【摘要】：本文是一篇翻译项目报告。原文选自《简单致胜:看明智的领导者如何化繁为简》(第五章)(Think Simple:How Smart Leaders Defeat Complexity(Chapter 5))。该书由美国畅销书作家肯·西格尔(Ken·Segall)所著。原文详细地阐述了世界知名企业如何通过简化而取得了突出的业绩。本选题的意义在于,通过向读者介绍知名企业化繁为简的做法,为国内的各类企业提供了宝贵的管理经验和依据。本报告在卡特琳娜·赖斯(Katharina Reiss)的文本类型理论及彼得·纽马克(Peter Newmark)的交际翻译理论的指导下进行翻译。本翻译报告包括五章内容:第一章介绍了翻译项目的背景、意义及结构;第二章对原文进行了介绍,主要包括出版信息、原文主要内容及语言学特征,并将原文归为信息型文本,指出该类文本旨在传达原文信息;第三章对纽马克的交际理论及其在翻译报告中的应用进行了介绍;第四章探讨翻译难点及相应的解决方法,针对文中的翻译难点提出了加注、意译及分切法等解决方法;第五章为总结,包括翻译项目中的经验及有待解决的问题。
[Abstract]:This article is a translation project report. From simple to win: see how wise leaders can be simplified. (chapter 5: think Simple:How Smart Leaders Defeat Complexity(Chapter 5. The book is written by American best seller Ken Segall. The original text describes in detail how world-famous enterprises have achieved outstanding results through simplification. The significance of this topic is that it provides valuable management experience and basis for all kinds of enterprises in China by introducing to readers the practice of making famous enterprises simple. This report is guided by Katharina Reissin's text typology theory and Peter Newmarkian's communicative translation theory. The first chapter introduces the background, significance and structure of the translation project, the second chapter introduces the original text, including the publishing information, the main content of the original text and linguistic features. The third chapter introduces Newmark's communication theory and its application in translation reports, and the fourth chapter discusses the translation difficulties and corresponding solutions. For the translation difficulties in this paper, the author puts forward some solutions, such as adding notes, free translation and cutting, etc. The fifth chapter is a summary, including the experience of translation projects and the problems to be solved.
