变译理论下洪洞大槐树寻根祭祖园讲解词的翻译实践报告

【摘要】：文化的地域性决定了作为异地性活动的旅游依然是一种跨文化交流活动,其中最典型的是国际旅游,由此可见,旅游翻译可以被看作是一种目的性较强的跨国界、跨文化的交流活动。由于两种语言涉及到方方面面的差异,不恰当的旅游文本的翻译很难体现景点独特的文化内涵和魅力。尽管旅游翻译领域研究的范围和深度都已有所进展,但是,从研究方向来看,主要局限于旅游景点简介图示、旅游广告、旅游牌示语等旅游接待英文本的翻译,而对于旅游管理类文本和旅游研究类文本以及导游讲解词,此类旅游行业最实用的文体的翻译探讨还远远不够。以变译理论为指导,本报告选取洪洞大槐树寻根祭祖园讲解词为原文本来进行英译实践与研究,并详尽解释了增、减、编、述、缩、并、改等七种变译手段在其翻译过程中的应用。本翻译报告分为五个部分:第一部分是任务描述,主要介绍了所选翻译项目的背景、意义以及原文本的特点。第二部分为任务过程,从译前准备和翻译过程两个方面对翻译项目进行了描述。第三部分是理论基础,主要介绍变译理论及其七种变通手段。第四部分是案例分析,主要是从词汇、句子、段落三个方面分析原文本翻译过程中遇到的难题,并通过实例说明如何运用变译理论的七种变通手段来解决这些问题。第五部分是整个翻译项目的实践总结,译者阐述了翻译过程中的心得体会与仍待解决的问题尚存在的不足之处,以期对该类文本的翻译实践带来一些启发。
[Abstract]:The regionality of culture determines that tourism is still a kind of cross-cultural communication activity, and the most typical one is international tourism. Thus, tourism translation can be regarded as a kind of cross-border with strong purpose. Intercultural communication. Due to the differences between the two languages, it is difficult for the inappropriate translation of tourist texts to embody the unique cultural connotations and charm of scenic spots. Although the scope and depth of the study in the field of tourism translation has made some progress, from the perspective of the research direction, it is mainly limited to the translation of English versions of tourist attractions, tourist advertisements, tourist signs, etc. However, the translation of tourism management text, tourism research text and tour guide explanation is far from enough. Guided by the theory of variable translation, this report selects the original explanatory words of Hongdong Sophora japonica as the original text for English translation practice and research, and explains in detail the addition, decrease, compilation, description, contraction, and, The application of seven different translation methods in the process of translation. The translation report is divided into five parts: the first part is the task description, which mainly introduces the background, significance and characteristics of the original text. The second part is the task process, which describes the translation project from two aspects: pre-translation preparation and translation process. The third part is the theoretical basis, mainly introduces the variable translation theory and its seven alternative means. The fourth part is a case study, which mainly analyzes the problems encountered in the original text translation from three aspects: vocabulary, sentence and paragraph, and illustrates how to solve these problems by using seven alternative methods of variable translation theory. The fifth part is a summary of the practice of the whole translation project. The translator expounds the experience in the process of translation and the shortcomings of the problems still to be solved in order to bring some inspiration to the translation practice of this kind of text.
