【摘要】：本文是一份翻译项目报告,原文是一份题为《引资发展中国铁路》(Attracting Capital for Railway Development in China)的经济类信息报告,由世行集团领衔撰写,于2015年12月在世行官网上发表。译者选译了其中连续的五个章节。文中对四个国家铁路引资项目的典型案例进行了研究分析,阐述了各国在结合自身条件下,所采取的招商引资有效机制。本翻译报告共四章。第一章介绍翻译项目背景与意义,对翻译项目进行了整体描述;第二章为原作背景介绍,包括作者简介、主要内容与原作评价等;第三章主要介绍理论基础,即交际翻译理论,作为本报告的重点。以此进行翻译难点预估,分析翻译实例从而寻求对应的翻译方法;第四章总结翻译经验教训并指出亟待解决的问题。译者将本翻译项目确定为经济类信息报告类型,以纽马克的文本类型翻译理论(即交际翻译策略)作为理论框架。在此策略指导下,运用的方法有:词性转换、增补与省略,顺译和重组。
[Abstract]:This paper is a translation project report, the original text is an economic information report entitled "attracting Railway in China". It was written by the World Bank Group and published on the World Bank website in December 2015. The translator selected five consecutive chapters. In this paper, the typical cases of four national railway investment attracting projects are studied and analyzed, and the effective mechanism of investment attraction adopted by each country in combination with its own conditions is expounded. This translation report consists of four chapters. The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the translation project, and describes the translation project as a whole; the second chapter introduces the background of the original work, including the author's brief introduction, the main content and the evaluation of the original work, and the third chapter mainly introduces the theoretical basis, that is, communicative translation theory. As a focus of the present report. The fourth chapter summarizes the translation experiences and lessons and points out the problems to be solved. The translator defines this translation project as the type of economic information report, and takes Newmark's text type translation theory (i.e. communicative translation strategy) as the theoretical framework. Under the guidance of this strategy, the methods are as follows: part of speech conversion, addition and ellipsis, sequence translation and reorganization.
