【摘要】：21世纪的今天,全球GDP水平相对稳定。人们生活富足,贫困看似离我们很遥远,但实际上在世界的各个角落都存在着贫困。贫困是威胁世界和平稳定发展的因素之一,同时还损害着我们的经济和人民的健康。消除贫困无疑是联合国千年发展目标的首要任务。本翻译项目报告的原文为《衡量贫困和不平等的统一方法:理论与实践》,其英文题目是A Unified Approach to Measuring Poverty and Inequality:Theory and Practice,由世界银行于2013年发表。原文属于信息类文本,主要探讨贫困及其相关的解决办法。译者希望这一英汉翻译项目能在一定程度上帮助决策者制定关于减贫的政策。本翻译项目报告以主体间性理论为指导,认为该理论能有效提高信息类文本的翻译质量。该报告主要涵盖四个部分:第一部分是对翻译项目报告的整体介绍,包括选择该文本的原因、报告目标和意义;第二部分介绍主体间性理论,结合文本分析该理论在文中的运用;第三部分对翻译过程中出现的难点、重点进行归纳分析,通过例如重译、分析对比不同主体间关系等方法寻找翻译的解决办法;最后一部分是对本翻译项目报告的一个总结,归纳报告中的不足之处以及需要进一步研究的问题。
[Abstract]:Today in the 21 st century, the global GDP level is relatively stable. People are rich, and poverty seems to be far from us, but in fact there is poverty in every corner of the world. Poverty is one of the threats to world peace, stability and development, but also to the health of our economy and people. The eradication of poverty is undoubtedly the top priority of the UN Millennium Development goals (MDGs). "A Unified Approach to measure Poverty and inequality: theory and practice." A Unified Approach to measure Poverty and Theory and practice, published by the World Bank in 2013. The original text belongs to the information type text, mainly discusses the poverty and its related solution. The translator hopes that this English-Chinese translation project can help policy makers to formulate policies on poverty reduction to some extent. The translation project report is guided by the theory of intersubjectivity, which can effectively improve the translation quality of informational texts. The report mainly covers four parts: the first part is the overall introduction of the translated project report, including the reasons for choosing the text, the purpose and significance of the report, and the second part introduces the theory of intersubjectivity. The third part focuses on the analysis of the difficulties in the process of translation, such as retranslation, analysis and comparison of the relationship between different subjects to find a solution to the problem. The last part is a summary of the translated project report, the shortcomings of the report and the need for further study.
