翻译教学:要“信息传真”,戒“虚假对等”——从我国阅兵口号的译路说起

【摘要】：本文分析研究我国阅兵口号的译路历程,认为庄严场合的口号译文应当体现庄严化,进而认为具有中国特色的词语英译,要遵循"信息传真"的原则,切忌"虚假对等"。为此,可以借鉴地道的英语表达,点化名家的经典译例,准确理解原文的内涵,还要开阔视野,跟上语言发展的步伐。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the course of translation of military parade slogans in China, and holds that the translation of slogans on solemn occasions should be solemn, and that the English translation of words with Chinese characteristics should follow the principle of "information fax" and avoid "false equivalence". Therefore, we can draw lessons from authentic English expressions, point out the classic translation examples of famous scholars, accurately understand the connotation of the original text, and broaden our horizons to keep up with the pace of language development.
