试析职业能力培养导向下的茶文化英语教学策略

【摘要】：教学的最终目的是将理论应用于实践。茶文化英语教学也是以培养复合型英语人才为基础而展开的教学活动。尽管如此,我国各大高校仍然把传统的授课理念和模式应用于茶文化英语教学中。不可否认,传统的英语教学模式对于英语的语言基础知识的掌握和运用有一定的帮助,但是并不能完全满足培养全方面协调发展的复合型英语人才的要求。本文立足于社会需求,从职业能力培养的角度出发,结合我国现阶段茶文化英语教学的现状,对如何开展以职业胜任能力为目标的茶文化英语教学内容提几点建议。
[Abstract]:The ultimate goal of teaching is to apply theory to practice. Tea culture English teaching is also based on the cultivation of compound English talents. Nevertheless, colleges and universities in China still apply traditional teaching concepts and models to the teaching of tea culture English. There is no denying that the traditional English teaching mode is helpful to the mastery and application of the basic knowledge of English language, but it can not fully meet the requirements of training the all-around and coordinated development of the compound English talents. Based on the needs of the society and from the point of view of the cultivation of vocational competence and the present situation of tea culture English teaching in our country, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to develop the teaching content of tea culture English with the goal of professional competence.
