《实施21世纪议程，推进21世纪议程和落实可持续发展世界峰会成果的计划》翻译实践报告

　　 本翻译项目原文本为《实施21世纪议程,推进21世纪议程和落实可持续发展世界峰会成果的计划》。该计划作为联合国官方文件,其严谨性不言而喻。因此,翻译时译者更应秉持中立的原则,给读者呈现出完完整整的《21世纪议程》。鉴于这样的考虑,本翻译报告以系统功能语言学理论为框架,该理论要求在翻译文本时,译者要充分发挥其主体作用和主导性,在评价理论的指导下进行相应的选择和转换,并且译文词语的选择能切实反映译者在翻译中的地位与影响,使译语可以“完美”地与原语吻合。本报告分为四个章节:第一章介绍翻译项目的背景、目标、意义以及翻译报告的结构;第二章概述了翻译系统功能语言学理论以及原文的内容并对原文进行深入分析;第三章描述了翻译过程中遇到的问题及其解决方法,并配合具体例子进行解释说明;第四章总结翻译中学到的经验以及仍待解决的翻译难题。
