概念整合框架下的英语复合形容词语义创生机制研究

　　语言来源于人们在现实世界中的互动体验和认知过程。这些复合词的应用反映了人类思维的高度概括性、认知方式的经济性以及语言使用的灵活性和创造性。复合词是英语中常见的一种有效的构词方法。复合词是由两个或多个词组合而成的过程。复合名词的数量排在第一,其次是复合动词的数量,英语复合形容词的数量较少。近年来,国内外从不同角度研究英语复合形容词的学者较少。他们大多侧重于挖掘成分之间的句法和语义关系,分析英语复合形容词的构成方式。以往的许多研究都没有揭示英语复合形容词的语义生成过程。然而,并非所有的英语复合形容词的意义都是构成元素意义的简单相加。本文试图运用概念整合理论来探讨英语复合形容词的语义生成机制。它具有完整的理论框架和成熟的操作机制.一方面,它试图说服人们,概念整合是一种普遍的认知活动,具有很强的认知解释力。另一方面,试图从认知的角度证明英语复合形容词的语义生成过程可以通过概念整合理论来解释,为英语复合形容词的解释提供一个新的研究视角。在本研究的基础上,本论文有如下发现:首先,把概念整合理论应用在英语复合形容词的语义识解中,是对语义的译解的一个新的尝试性研究。其次,本文试图从单一网络、镜像网络、...
