股东回购协议英汉翻译实践报告

　　本翻译实践报告以“股权回购协议”系列英文商务合同为翻译素材,在纽马克的文本类型理论指导下,探讨了针对此类文本的翻译技巧和分析方法。源文本为商务合同类文本,具备法律文本和商务文本的基本特征。此类文本用词精准,简洁,句式结构复杂但逻辑清晰,鲜有任何感情色彩。依据纽马克文本类型理论,文本可依据不同的语言功能,划分为信息型文本,表达型文本和呼唤型文本。在此基础上,纽马克进一步提出了语义翻译和交际翻译。在仔细分析文本特点后,依据纽马克文本类型理论的指导,笔者确定了以交际翻译为主的翻译目标,即确保译文严谨准确地表达源文本所蕴含的信息,并在文本形式方面严格遵守目的语的使用习惯,保证译文的结构和语义能够被目的语读者接受。在翻译过程中,译者还灵活运用了直译、增译、分译、词类转换等翻译方法,使源文本信息准确的传递给目的语读者。报告由以下五个部分组成:第一部分介绍本次翻译实践的资料来源、研究背景、研究意义和目的,以及文本类型;第二部分简述了商务合同文本的研究情况、简述了文本类型理论的国内外研究、阐明了平行文本的借鉴意义并说明了翻译的过程;第三部分详细说明了纽马克的文本类型理论内容,进一步阐明了该理论对本翻译...
