主位推进视域下英语专业学生的议论文研究

英语写作作为一项产出活动,是衡量英语学习者,尤其是英语专业学生应用英语能力的重要指标。而议论文是英语写作中十分常见的体裁,它可以直接反映出学生的逻辑思维能力和理性表达能力。因此,本文以议论文为例,对英语专业学生的作文进行分析,旨在了解学生写作现状,发现学生写作中存在的主要问题,以引发学习者和教师对英语写作的关注和思考。同时,本文力求提供具体可行的建议,以期对学生的写作有所帮助。本研究基于主位推进理论,尝试分析英语专业二年级学生的英语议论文作文,旨在回答以下问题:(1)学生的议论文写作目前呈现何种状态?(2)学生议论文的宏观结构和语义关联分别存在什么问题?本研究采用定性与定量相结合的方法。首先收集了英语专业二年级学生的英语议论文作文五十四篇。依据主位推进理论的原理,对这些作文进行宏观结构和语义关联方面的分析,探寻学生作文中存在的问题。其次,对英语专业二年级一百二十名学生进行了问卷调查,并访谈了三名英语教师,对发现的问题作较为深入的了解和印证,从而从整体上把握学生英语议论文写作的情况。在此基础上,提出具体的建议,为提高学生的英语写作能力提供参考。数据分析显示,学生的作文总体上可以达到《高等...
