AC 21-46A-Technical Standard Order Program（Chapter1-4）英汉翻译实践

　　本翻译实践报告研究了笔者于2018年11月为民用航空器适航审定技术与管理研究中心翻译的咨询通告AC 21-46A-Technical Standard Order Program的前四个章节,是对翻译实践的反思和总结。本报告以“理解、表达、变通”为框架分析实践中的案例,以严复提出的“信、达、雅”为翻译标准探讨译文的选择与精进,将其与咨询通告等规范类文件的翻译相结合,全文以案例分析为主体,先后介绍了翻译实践背景、过程和遇到的问题及解决方案,分析了如何借助上下文和平行文本进行理解,在表达阶段如何处理原文中的人称代词、时间状语及后置定语,以及通过省译和句法转换来实现变通等。本报告为民航领域规范性文本翻译提供了一个较新的视角,是将“信、达、雅”翻译原则用于指导此类文本翻译的有益尝试,为咨询通告等文件的翻译提供了可资借鉴的策略和方法。
