阐释学翻译理论下的《大学》两英译本对比研究

2018年5月2日习近平总书记在北京大学师生座谈会上引经据典地说道:“大学之道,在明明德,在亲民,在止于至善。”这句话是《大学》开篇的第一句话,也是整篇《大学》的纲领。《大学》出自《礼记》,原本是《礼记》的第四十二篇。目前《大学》的英译本有国内外译者诸多版本,如,国外译者马礼逊,马士曼,柯大卫,理雅各和庞德等;国内译者辜鸿铭,林语堂,陈荣捷和翟楚等。之所以选取西方译者英国汉学家理雅各与国内译者“世界朱子学权威”陈荣捷的《大学》英译本进行对比研究,源于理雅各的译本在西方译本中最具代表性,而国内译者陈荣捷的译本在欧美很有影响力。论文在阐释学的翻译理论下,从词法与句法层面分析两位译者的翻译策略和方法,希望能给以后《大学》的研究者提供一点借鉴。该论文由五个部分组成。第一部分“引言”:阐述该论文的研究背景,研究对象,研究目的与论文结构。第二部分“文献综述”:阐述《大学》和《大学》英译本国内外研究现状。第三部分“理论基础”:阐述该论文的理论基础,包括阐释学与阐释学翻译理论。第四部分“对比研究”:从词汇与句法层面上对比分析《大学》的理雅各译本和陈荣捷版本:词汇方面包括题目,三纲八目,文化载词等;句法...
