赖斯文本类型理论视域下校企合作协议汉英翻译报告

　　随着“一带一路”倡议日益深入人心,校企联盟和企业国际合作协议的数量在不断增加,如各种合作意向书、合作章程等。因此,越来越多的翻译材料应运而生,对高质量的合作文本翻译的需求也不断增大。本翻译实践报告分析的对象是笔者受电子科技大学国际教育学院委托而完成的《“一带一路”国际人才培养校企联盟章程》和《“一带一路”企业家联盟章程》英文翻译,这两份合作协议分别涉及校企联盟和企业国际合作的规章制度。本报告选取赖斯的文本类型学理论视角对原文本和翻译进行指导和分析。由于文本类型与翻译密不可分,文本类型及其功能的确定对翻译方法的选择具有重要意义。笔者围绕信息类文本的首要翻译原则,即忠实原则,结合原文本在词汇、句法和语篇上的特征,采用了相应的翻译策略和方法,力求用更加忠实、清晰和地道的语言再现源语信息,达到忠实于原文的目的。本报告共分五章。第一章为绪论,主要介绍翻译任务、翻译过程、翻译目的及意义。第二章是原文本分析,主要分析了合作协议的语言特征,即在词汇层面上有丰富的程式化术语和公式化的词汇搭配;在句法层面上有明显的平行结构和大量的陈述句;在语篇层面上有多变的衔接手段和固定的程式化语言。第三章为理论基础,主...
