初中英语中外教师合作教学的个案研究

随着世界进入“全球化4.0”的新时代,了解协作和团结(而非孤立主义)对于人类未来的成功至关重要。面对所有挑战,人们需要重新考虑该如何通过更紧密的协作来实现我们的共同目标。对于教师而言,能够汇集相关的教学资源,并在工作场所营造协作氛围也是至关重要的。这项研究的目的是厘清研究学校中外教师对合作教学的观念和态度,以及他们在合作教学过程中教学思想,教学策略和学生评估的异同。此外,本研究还试图找出研究学校学生对当前合作教学模式的认可程度。最后,本研究评估了协同教学的有效性,这是一种理想的合作教学模式。在该模式下,两位教师在同一教室里共同教给学生相同的教学内容。多种质性研究方法用于收集数据,包括半结构化访谈,问卷,课堂观察和教师反思日志。此外,WIDA试卷用于测试学生的听说读写方面的英语熟练水平,以证明协同教学模型的有效性。这项研究的参与者是来自烟台一所双语学校国际部的80名初中学生,两名外籍老师和三名中国老师。研究结果表明,两名外籍教师和三名中国教师对合作教学持积极态度,而外籍教师则持更积极的态度,同时他们对合作教学的看法略有不同。中国老师把与外籍老师的合作教学作为提高他们专业发展的机会,以此为...
