西澳大利亚州《2002年民事责任法》英译汉实践报告

　　法律翻译是翻译中的高端服务,它主要服务公民、律师、外资企业、进出口公司等社会群体,质量要求和技术难度都相当高。作为法律语言学主要研究内容之一,法律翻译在国内和国际社会生活中起到非常重要的作用。本报告以西澳大利亚州《2002年民事责任法》翻译为例,探讨法律文本在翻译过程中需注意的事项。本报告共分五章,第一章是翻译项目任务描述,主要介绍文本特点和开展此项任务的意义。第二章是项目翻译过程简介,对译前准备,实际翻译过程以及译后编辑与校对进行简单陈述。论文第三章结合原文本分析了法律翻译的基本原则如准确严谨性、前后一致性、清晰简明性、语体规范性和语言法理化等。第四章是本报告的重点部分,主要是翻译案例分析。译者通过大量的案例分析,从词汇、句子和语篇三个层面展开讨论。词汇层面主要是从普通词汇表法律含义、古旧词汇、外来词汇、准确词语与模糊词语和近义词的并用这五个维度来进行分析;句子层面是从法律一般句式和法律专业句式这两个方面进行分析。语篇层面则是从结构转换和语篇翻译手段的运用这两个角度进行分析。第五章是论文的最后一章,主要是对本次翻译实践进行总结。译者总结并概述了翻译中遇到的问题和解决方法,同时对今后翻...
