初二英语新手型教师与经验型教师教材使用情况对比研究

　　《义务教育英语课程标准》明确提出教材是课程的载体,是按照课程标准编写的主要课程资源,是实现教学目标的重要材料和手段,也是课堂教学的主要教学材料和学习材料。在教学中,教师要善于结合实际教学需要,对教材加以适当的取舍和调整,创造性地使用教材;同时也要合理利用各种教学资源,提高学生的学习效率。然而,对于同一套新标准初中英语教材,不同教学经验的教师对其的使用各不相同。因此,了解当前初二英语教师教材使用现状,找出新手型教师和经验型教师的异同,分析存在差异的原因,并提出有建设性的意见和建议,这对于提高初中英语教师,尤其是新手型教师的教材使用水平有着十分重要的理论和实践意义。本论文旨在回答以下两个研究问题:（1）初二英语经验型教师和新手型教师在教材使用过程中存在哪些异同?（2）为什么初二英语经验型教师和新手型教师在教材使用过程中存在异同?为了解决以上两个研究问题,本研究以五所呼和浩特实验中学的33名初二英语老师为研究对象,其中包括18名经验型教师和15名新手型教师。采用问卷调查、访谈、课堂观察的方法对其进行调查研究。作者通过数据统计软件EXEL对问卷结果分析及对课堂观察表和访谈结果进行整理分析后,得...
