话语标记语you know的性别差异 ——以《老友记》为个案

  话语标记语是会话的重要组成部分,对交际的成功发挥着无可替代的作用,它们不充当句法成分,却在日常交际中无处不在。早在二十世纪七十年代这类小词就已经引起学者的关注,近三十年来随着语用学的兴起与发展,话语标记语更是得到了国内外语用学界的广泛关注,学者们主要从三个角度进行探讨:句法-语用研究、语义-语用研究和认知-语用研究。本文是将话语标记语放在关联理论的框架下进行研究,并结合性别因素,以美国热播情景喜剧《老友记》第一季为语料,探讨话语标记语you know的性别差异。本文试图探讨以下两个问题:1.男性和女性在使用话语标记语you know中有没有不同?如果有,这种不同是怎样的?2.话语标记语you know的语用功能有哪些?有无性别差异?其中第一个问题又可以细分成两个小问题。1)男性和女性在使用话语标记语you know的总频数上有无差别?2)话语标记语you know的句法位置有无性别差异?本文是采用定性和定量相结合的方法,通过自建两个小型语料库来研究话语标记语you know的性别差异。语料库的建立是通过将《老友记》第一季中非主要人物对话删除,只以六个主要人物对话为语料,并且以性别因素划...
