《人工智能对学习、教学和教育的影响及其对未来政策的挑战》（节选）英汉翻译实践报告

　　随着人工智能在世界范围内的迅速普及,知识的获取和传递发生了重要的变化。由欧盟联合研究中心撰写的政策科学报告《人工智能对学习、教学和教育的影响及其对未来政策的挑战》描述了人工智能的最新发展和对学习、教学和教育的潜在影响,以及应对人工智能所创造的机遇和挑战的前瞻性活动。鉴于该报告尚无翻译,笔者节选报告主体部分第2章至第4章的内容,旨在提高自身翻译能力,传播人工智能发展的最新知识,同时为科技文本的翻译提供一定的借鉴。源文本涉及大量人工智能领域相关知识,因此需要考虑读者的知识文化背景,增加对源文本的理解。为了实现语言交际功能,本文以功能主义翻译目的论为指导,根据翻译的特定目的以及读者的阅读需求,对翻译难点进行探讨并提供解决方案。翻译过程中主要存在科技术语、半科技术语、缩略语、复杂句、被动句等翻译难点,译者从词汇、句法、语篇三个层面进行分析,并运用合适的翻译策略和方法解决翻译难点。本翻译实践报告主要有以下三点发现:第一,科技文本常常包含大量科技术语、半科技词汇和缩略语,译者使用直译、加注等方法再现原文意义;第二,在翻译被动句、复杂句时,译者运用转换法、拆分法等手段增强句子可读性;第三,译者运用省...
