精力分配模式下的全球自闭症项目口译实践报告

本文取材于笔者在南昌慧聪儿童康复训练中心的口译实践,以自闭症儿童行为训练与家长培训为案例,分析了笔者在完成口译任务时存在的问题,并试着从吉尔的精力分配模式角度探讨出现问题的原因和相应的翻译策略。笔者运用录音和录像手段将口译内容记录下来并转写,以便分析。笔者发现,本人的口译失误主要有错译和漏译两种。经分析,这两大问题主要是由信息密度大、不熟悉口音和演示文稿的干扰导致的。因此,笔者运用追思法和个案分析法,根据本人因精力分配失衡导致的口译失误,从吉尔的精力分配模式角度提出了压缩法和释译法两大策略。笔者得出结论如下:1、如果译员不熟悉发言人口音,便会在听辩环节投入过多精力,而在记忆和产出等后续环节中则会精力不足,影响产出效果;2、尽管演示文稿对口译有辅助作用,但也会带来干扰。如果不能在译前获取演示文稿,则会造成译员在翻译过程中精力分散,出现失误;3、译员在口译任何一个环节投入过多精力都会导致其他环节精力不足,造成精力分配失衡;4、运用压缩法可以有效解决信息冗余和信息密度大的问题,运用释译法则能有效解决演示文稿带来的负荷、部分术语找不到对应目标语的问题。
