《江西文化》（节选）英译实践报告

　　在全球化的大背景下,文化既是民族的,又是世界的。而语言是文化的载体,由于中西方读者在思维方式、生活习惯、文化背景等的不同,英汉两种语言之间存在较大差异。为了让中国文化更好地走出去,增强我国文化软实力,用地道的语言表达方式来传播中华优秀文化至关重要。《江西文化》由江西师范大学博士生导师傅修延、江西师范大学硕士研究生导师卢普玲主编,是《中华优秀传统文化国际推广丛书》的第一本。该书主要从山水、名人、民俗、饮食、陶瓷等各个角度详细地介绍了江西的风土人情。本项目选取了江西文化名人、江西饮食文化、江西书院文化以及江西宗教文化进行翻译,本翻译项目的总翻译量为2万余字。在翻译过程中,笔者遇到了许多专有名词、文化负载词、四字格、特殊汉语句式等。针对这些特点,笔者查阅了大量文化翻译的书籍及平行文本,在翻译过程中综合运用了直译、直译加注解、意译、音译加注解、增译等翻译策略。本翻译实践报告由四个章节组成:第一章介绍了本次翻译项目的背景、此次文本翻译的内容及意义和本报告的结构;第二章阐述了报告的理论基础及整个项目的翻译过程,其中理论基础主要是纽马克的文本类型说、语义翻译和交际翻译,翻译过程主要分为:译前、译中及...
