基于译员能力理论的联络口译实践报告

　　该实践报告基于作者2018年10月18日至10月24日为济南七道成智能科技有限公司提供的商务陪同口译服务。作者在7天内辗转三地,主要职责是为商务洽谈会议、现场参观考察(包括企业与景区参观)、外方接待、晚宴等活动提供口译服务。尽管遇到了许多挑战,如紧张的会前准备、外方人员很重的口音、多样化的环境、繁忙的日程安排及联系人的批评,译员通过努力克服了这些困难,顺利完成了口译任务。她因其专业的口译服务和负责任的工作态度得到了主办方、发言人和外国客人的正面反馈。本报告的理论基础是“译员能力”。作者基于自身口译经历,具体分析了口译活动中所涉及到的智力因素以及非智力因素,讨论了译员能力培养的重要性,并反思了自己整体的口译工作表现。作者希望该实践报告可帮助更多口译学习者认识到培养译员能力对于口译工作的重要性。对于口译工作者和有志于从事口译工作的翻译硕士而言,合格的口译员不仅需要有优秀的语言能力,长期的知识积淀以及多种口译策略和技巧,而且需要强化自身的心理素质、身体素质以及职业素质。
