错误分析理论下汉英商务口译中石化现象研究

  第二语言学习者的外语水平发展到一定程度后,不再像初期阶段稳步提升,而是徘徊甚至倒退,这就是外语学习中的中介语石化现象,由著名语言学家Larry Selinker于1972年在《中介语》一文中率先提出,并成为二语习得领域的重要研究课题。相比国外,国内有关中介语石化的研究起步晚,且主要集中在理论分析层面,对石化错误的分布未做明确论述,导致提出的建议缺乏针对性。而今英语学习者的中介语中存在着屡错屡犯的错误,导致了外语语言能力石化,成为外语学习中的障碍。基于对这种状态的观察和思考,笔者受到启发以商务口译为切入点对石化现象进行实证性研究,探讨以下三个问题:1.英语专业学生在汉译英商务口译中中介语石化现象的特征有哪些?2.导致这种石化现象产生的原因是什么?3.采用哪些措施可以缓解商务口译中的石化错误?笔者回顾了国内外对中介语石化现象的相关研究文献并梳理商务口译的研究现状,深入商务口译课堂,有目的地对大连理工大学英语专业学生的译文跟踪采样,基于错误分析理论,归纳其中的错误类型和频率。研究揭示了商务口译中石化的特征,即词际层面上词汇语法错误石化(如冠词的使用、名词单复数、动词形式、词义选择不当、代词人...
