基于核心素养的小学英语有效教学研究

2017年颁布的《普通高中英语课程标准》提出了英语课程目标为发展学生核心素养,即培养和发展学生具备语言能力、文化意识、思维品质、学习能力的素养,这也是英语各学段的课程目标。小学英语课堂上教师不仅引导学生进行语言知识的学习,提高学生的语言能力,还要帮助学生了解文化知识,发展思维能力,即通过英语学习形成积极的情感、态度和价值观,具备必备的品格和关键能力,通过课堂科学育人实现英语学科的培养目标。因此,教师需要从观念上树立培养学生英语学科核心素养的意识,围绕提升学生英语学科核心素养进行教学设计,并在教学活动中进行有效教学组织,以此提高教学效率。有效教学是教师在教学活动中,采用各种方式和手段,用最少的时间、最小的精力投入,取得尽可能多的教学效果,实现特定的教学目标,成功引起、维持和促进了学生的学习,相对有效地达到了预期教学效果的教学。有效的班级管理、良好的课堂氛围、清晰授课、多样化教学、任务导向、引导学生投入学习过程、确保学生成功率是有效的课堂教学行为。在英语学科核心素养指引下,小学英语教师需要改变教学理念,调整教学方式,进行有效的教学设计。当前小学英语教学中仍然存在低效或无效的教学行为,如课堂活...
