乌鲁木齐市南山牧场牛、羊消化道寄生虫感染情况调查研究

【摘要】:新疆的牛、羊养殖业是新疆畜牧业发展的重要支柱,在养殖业中,牛羊寄生虫病危害一直比较严重,属于慢性消耗性的疾病。本文采用家畜寄生虫常规检查法,即饱和盐水漂浮法、寄生虫鉴定技术及流行病学统计方法对乌鲁木齐南山牧场4个牛、羊养殖场(户)散养牛、羊的消化道进行了寄生虫病调查试验研究,获得了牛羊寄生虫病感染率等流行病学参数,即:在128份牛粪便样品中,共检出消化道寄生虫阳性粪样96份,其总感染率为75%;共查到6种消化道寄生虫,分别为:艾美耳球虫、毛首鞭形虫、安氏隐孢子虫、双腔吸虫、食道口线虫、莫尼茨绦虫,其混合感染率为53.91%。在159只羊粪便样品中,共检出消化道寄生虫阳性粪样52份,其总感染率为32.7%;其中线虫、球虫、绦虫,线虫与球虫的混合感染率为27%,线虫与绦虫的混合感染率为10.06%,绦虫与球虫的混合感染率为10.06%,线虫、绦虫与球虫的混合感染率为6.3%。以上调查结果显示,在乌鲁木齐周边南山牧场的散养牛、羊养殖过程中寄生虫的感染情况较为严重,不但种类繁多且感染率及感染强度均较高,严重影响了当地牛、羊的生长发育及其健康发展,同时也为当地的牧民带来了巨大的经济损失。通过本试验使南山牧场养殖人员、该地区的牧民及技术人员初步掌握了牛、羊寄生虫病流行因素及感染情况相关的知识;并对寄生虫的种类和特点有所了解,为今后计划性驱虫提供了数据参考,为减少当地牧民的经济损失而奠定基础。以上试验数据可为乌鲁木齐市周边南山牧场牛、羊寄生虫病的综合防治提供数据支撑。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang cattle and sheep breeding industry is an important pillar of the development of animal husbandry in Xinjiang cattle and sheep parasite disease has been serious harm is a chronic expendable disease. In this paper, four cattle and sheep farm cattle in Nanshan pasture of Urumqi were collected by routine examination method of domestic parasite, namely saturated salt water floating method, parasite identification technique and epidemiological statistical method. The parasite infection rate of cattle and sheep was investigated and the epidemiological parameters were obtained. Among 128 samples of cattle feces, 96 positive feces were detected from digestive tract parasites. The total infection rate was 75. Six kinds of digestive tract parasites were found, which were Eimeria, Trichophalis, Cryptosporidium Angiosporium, Trichotremata sinensis, nematode oesophagus, Monietzia solium, and the mixed infection rate was 53.91%. Of 159 sheep fecal samples, 52 fecal samples were positive for alimentary tract parasites, and the total infection rate was 32.7%, including nematode, coccidia, tapeworm. The mixed infection rate of nematode and coccidia was 27%, the mixed infection rate of nematode and tapeworm was 10.06, the mixed infection rate of tapeworm and coccidia was 10.06, and the mixed infection rate of nematode, tapeworm and coccidia was 6.3%. The results of the survey show that the parasite infection is serious in the cattle farming in Nanshan pastures around Urumqi, which not only has a wide variety of species, but also has a high infection rate and infection intensity, which has seriously affected the local cattle. Sheep growth and development and healthy development, but also for the local herdsmen brought huge economic losses. Through this experiment, the farmers in Nanshan pasture, herdsmen and technicians in this area have grasped the knowledge about the epidemic factors and infection of parasitic diseases of cattle and sheep, and have also known the species and characteristics of parasites. It provides data reference for future planned insect repellent and lays the foundation for reducing the economic loss of local herdsmen. The above experimental data can provide data support for comprehensive control of parasite disease in cattle and sheep in Nanshan pasture around Urumqi.
