犊牛用废牛乳巴氏消毒技术的研究

【摘要】:初乳、常乳、废乳经65℃30min巴氏消毒法、72℃15s巴氏消毒法、100℃瞬间煮沸法处理后,进行营养物理化、体细胞数、细菌数检测和牛乳免疫球蛋白检测。72℃15s巴氏消毒法处理的初乳、常乳、废乳营养物指标最接近于未经处理的乳样指标,体细胞数、细菌数达国标或优于国标,但高于65℃30min巴氏消毒法处理的乳样和100℃瞬间煮沸法处理的乳样。用经72℃15s巴氏消毒法处理的初乳、废乳与不经任何消毒处理的初乳、废乳作饲喂犊牛比较试验,前者在30d内平均日增量、腹泻发生方面均优于后者。

By 72 DEG 15s pasteurization processing waste milk and colostrum, without any disinfection treatment, colostrum, waste milk fed calves comparison test in the former, 30d average daily increment, diarrhea. The surface is better than the latter.
