犊牛用废牛乳巴氏消毒技术的研究

【摘要】：初乳、常乳、废乳经65℃30min巴氏消毒法、72℃15s巴氏消毒法、100℃瞬间煮沸法处理后,进行营养物理化、体细胞数、细菌数检测和牛乳免疫球蛋白检测。72℃15s巴氏消毒法处理的初乳、常乳、废乳营养物指标最接近于未经处理的乳样指标,体细胞数、细菌数达国标或优于国标,但高于65℃30min巴氏消毒法处理的乳样和100℃瞬间煮沸法处理的乳样。用经72℃15s巴氏消毒法处理的初乳、废乳与不经任何消毒处理的初乳、废乳作饲喂犊牛比较试验,前者在30d内平均日增量、腹泻发生方面均优于后者。
